1. How to pay?

We accept PayPal. Please pay to the official account number given to www.hotebike.com.

2. How is the goods shipped?
We normally ship by DHL, DDP, UPS. Fedex, EMS can also be accepted.

3. Can I order spare parts?
Yes, we have all parts list available for our models.
4. Is sample available?
Yes, sample order is acceptable, but there will be extra cost.

5. Is OEM available?
Yes, it is available. But it need to be sent from my factory. Please inform us in details about your design requirements in advance.

6. How long is delivery time?
5-15 days, depend on models and quantitits.

8. How does your company do a good job of quality control?
Quality is our company’s culture, we will provide you with the best quality and service. We will test the product quality before shipment.
Our company has obtained CE, EN15194, TUV certification.

9. Where is your company? How can i go there?
Our factory is located in Zhuhai, China, less than 10 minutes from Zhuhai Airport, you can fly directly to Zhuhai Airport, we will pick you up.

10. Do I need any special license, insurance or registration to use the electric bikes?
No, you do not need any license, insurance or registration to ride the electric bikes. It is treated exactly as a regular bicycle from a regulatory perspective.

11. What kind of warranty do you offer on your electric bikes?
Our electric bikes use standard components that are readily available from any reputable bicycle repair shop. The mechanical parts of the bike do not have a warranty. However, the most expensive part of the bike, the motor, the controller, the battery, comes with a limited 12 month warranty. You are responsible for basic bicycle repairs such as tires and periodic bicycle tune ups.
