LPHC hosts Second Annual Bike Present

Full with bikes, metric bikes, bicycles,
video games, meals and contests, the Licking Pentecostal Holiness Church held their
second Annual Bike Present on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Even with
considerably inclement climate, attendees loved showcasing their bikes and all
loved trying on the bikes.
Bike Contest winners have been: First Place – Jim
Bertram; Second Place – James McConnell; Third place – Dennis Pewitt; and Ugly
Bike – Norman Polde. Bicycle Contest winners have been: First Place – Natalie Mullen;
Second Place – Armodea Mullen; and Third Place – Savarah Mullen.
LPHC continued what they hope shall be an
establishment on the bike present by permitting non-profits to advertise their causes
and distribute details about their goals.
A number of non-profit organizations have been current, such
because the Christian Motorcyclists Affiliation, which participates in a number of Christ-based
ministry applications.
A number of members, together with these from the Salem and
Lake Ozark Chapters, represented Bikers for Christ. Their mission is to share
the excellent news of salvation by means of Christ to the bike world in addition to

Ministries (knowmywords.org) launched the KMW group, which features a radio

serving hamburgers, scorching canines and sides to hungry bikers and visitors.
The Kids’s Church, Royal Rangers and
Missionettes, served popcorn and snow cones, and, with the assistance of Sandra Smith,
hosted a sales space.
Donetta James, Director, and Terry Snelling have been
obtainable for the Licking United Neighborhood Assist Heart, an area volunteer,
non-profit group that assists the neighborhood in quite a few methods, corresponding to
the meals pantry, donations to high school actions and scholarships.
Dana Jones, Robin Glenn and Debra Stockard,

The Saturday occasion was concluded with the giving

Biker Sunday was hosted on the church the next
day with Large Bob, from the Tribe of Judah, a gaggle that evangelizes to the
